This policy explains what information Wine Country Builders, Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what your choices are. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

The contact form. When you send an inquiry we receive the details you choose to give us — your name, phone number, email address, town, and a description of your project. We use these only to respond to you and to discuss the work you are asking about.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it does not track you across sites, does not build an advertising profile, and does not require a consent banner.

Calls from this site. When you tap the phone number on this site, we record that a tap happened, which page it happened on, and when. Nothing that identifies you is recorded and we cannot tell who tapped it — it only tells us how often the button is used. Typing the number into a phone yourself records nothing at all.

How the form is handled

Form submissions are delivered by email to a monitored company mailbox. They are also recorded in a database run by Cloudflare, who host this website, so that an inquiry is not lost if an email fails to arrive. No other company receives your message. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to respond to your inquiry or as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails, and the copy stored with the website, for as long as needed to follow up and to keep a record of work discussed, then delete them in the ordinary course or upon request.

Your rights

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its deletion. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We do not sell personal information.
