A good addition is one a visitor cannot date. We match the rooflines, the proportions and the materials so a new wing, a second story or a covered outdoor room reads as part of the original house — not an extension tacked onto it.

Permitting and neighbors

We account for local setbacks, height limits and review time from the start. We coordinate permitting, consider the effect on neighboring properties and give you a timeline.

Accessory dwelling units

An ADU can create room for family, guests or rental use. We build detached units, attached units and garage conversions with the same planning given to the main house.

Smaller residential work

We also take on single rooms, porches and repairs when the project is a good fit. The scope may be smaller, but the planning and site management remain the same.
