The right time to call us is before the design is finished. With the builder at the table early, the drawings get real pricing and budget questions can be resolved before construction begins.

How we price a set of drawings

We price the drawings line by line, with the assumptions written down, so you can see where the money goes and which decisions will move it. If the design asks for more than the budget covers, we say so before anyone signs, not after the foundation is poured.

What you can expect

A superintendent leads the day-to-day work on site. Changes to scope or cost are discussed before the work proceeds. We build a small number of homes at a time, most of them close to the office, so the people who priced your project stay close to the work.
