Ross Retreat

A whole-house remodel that reset the structure and the light, then earned a garden and a lap pool.

Completed2016

A house with good bones on a beautiful Ross lot, asking for a reset rather than a rebuild. We opened the plan to the garden, replaced the systems the owners never saw, and rebuilt the envelope so the house is quiet and cheap to run.

Outside, a lap pool and a reworked garden give the remodel somewhere to point. The new work is invisible where it should be and generous where it counts.
